What method do you use for shipping?
We currently offer UPS 3-7 Day Ground Service (Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse in Oregon. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses or for deliveries to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Due to the weight of our items and the associated high costs of Air Shipping we are not set up to regularly offer Express Delivery services (Overnight/Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Guaranteed Delivery options).
In the event that you absolutely must have an immediate shipment you may contact us by email at Info@SaltLampCreations.com and leave us your questions and phone numbers with the best time to reach you. We will make every attempt to contact you the same day if the email is sent Monday through Friday between 8AM and 4PM Pacific Standard Time.
In addition to our retail sales online and through our catalogs, we also offer Wholesale, Distributor and Importing Prices. The Shipping charges for those orders are calculated from a different formula. Please contact Wholesale@SaltLampCreations.com for further information.

Where ?
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to:
Street addresses only (sorry, no Post Office boxes) anywhere in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for processing at the point of arrival for these shipments.
Sorry, currently no delivery is available for retail orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico, or the U.S Virgin Islands. Wholesale and Import orders can be shipped anywhere in the world direct from our factories.
Express service is not available & COD is not an option.
NOTE: Shipping to Different Addresses
Having your order shipped to an address not listed on your credit card account can delay the processing of your order. For reasons of security, we do not automatically ship out orders to addresses that are not listed on your credit card account. When an order like this is received it is placed in the Credit Card Fraud Prevention department. Please be sure to provide us with your Daytime (where we can reach you with questions) and Home Phone Number (the one associated with your Credit Card bill)
NOTE: Our Headquarters is located in Oregon, a No Sales Tax state. No Sales Tax will be added to your order.

When ?
When will you ship my order?
We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, if received Sunday through Thursday. Orders received Friday and Saturday will typically ship on Monday.
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. We will make any additional shipment(s), until your order is complete. In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.
If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product
Credit Card orders, received Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 2PM are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received by 2PM Friday are typically shipped on Monday. Under normal circumstances, all orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
In the case of Credit Card payments, we will attempt to get authorization when we take your order. Any delays caused by your Credit Card Company can not be avoided. Be sure to provide us with your Daytime Phone number to reach you in case there is a problem with your method of payment.
When paying by Check we must wait until checks clear the banking system and we are assured of fund availability before shipping. As soon as funds are cleared we will ship immediately.
NOTE:Under some circumstances we can ship RUSH orders and orders for Overnight delivery or Expedited Delivery. These order will have a Shipping and Processing Charge and can only be placed by phone to our order desk at 866-760-8200
